AIRBNB BRANDING

My goal with this project was to brand this Airbnb like a boutique hotel. The home has unique Mid-Century Modern architecture, and I leaned into that aesthetic when brainstorming.

I conducted market research to help write and design the home manual and guidebook, as well as verbiage for the Airbnb listing. I am working with the owners to make the listing even more unique, including social media accounts, merchandise, playlists, and developing a signature scent. This branding and marketing plan elevates the listing and makes it stand out from the competition.
